This Privacy Policy explains how NB Studio, operating on behalf of Purple Wear LLC and Zhengzhou Yiqiye Culture Media Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit nbstudio.trade or authorize our applications, including Yinova Publish Studio, to access your TikTok or TikTok for Business account.
1. Information we collect
- Account authorization data: when you authorize our app through TikTok, we receive the data TikTok provides under the scopes you approve, such as basic profile information (open ID, display name, avatar), access and refresh tokens, and advertiser or business account identifiers.
- Content and performance data: videos you ask us to publish, video IDs, Spark Ads authorization codes, and ad or video performance metrics.
- Contact information: information you send us by email.
- Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security.
2. How we use information
- To publish content and manage accounts you have authorized us to manage.
- To obtain Spark Ads authorization codes and run advertising campaigns you have requested.
- To report performance to you and our brand clients.
- To secure and maintain our services and comply with law.
We use TikTok data only to provide the services you authorized. We do not sell personal data and do not use TikTok data for unrelated advertising or profiling.
3. Sharing
We share data only with: TikTok, as needed to perform API actions; infrastructure providers (such as Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare) that host our services under confidentiality obligations; brand clients, limited to campaign and performance information related to their products; and authorities when required by law.
4. Storage and security
Our platform is hosted on AWS in the United States. Data is stored on encrypted storage, access is limited to authorized operators with individual logins, and access tokens are kept confidential.
5. Retention
We keep authorization tokens and account data only while your authorization is active or as needed to provide services. When you revoke access or request deletion, we delete the related data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your choices and rights
- You can revoke our app's access at any time in your TikTok account settings (Security / Manage app permissions) or in TikTok for Business.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing contact@nbstudio.trade with the subject "Data request". We respond within 30 days.
7. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with a new date.
