These Terms govern your use of the nbstudio.trade website and the applications operated by NB Studio on behalf of Purple Wear LLC and Zhengzhou Yiqiye Culture Media Co., Ltd., including Yinova Publish Studio (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide TikTok Shop store management, content production, account operation, video publishing and advertising services, including Spark Ads, for businesses and the accounts they authorize.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The Services are for businesses and authorized individuals. Access to Yinova Publish Studio is limited to authorized team members with individual credentials, who must keep them confidential.
3. TikTok account authorization
When you connect a TikTok or TikTok for Business account, you authorize us to take only the actions covered by the permissions you approve, such as publishing content, reading performance data and obtaining Spark Ads authorization codes. You may revoke authorization at any time. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms and policies.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of content you provide. You grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Services. You confirm you have the rights to the content and that it complies with applicable laws and TikTok's Community Guidelines and advertising policies.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to post unlawful, infringing or misleading content, to spam, or to circumvent platform rules or security measures.
6. Third-party platforms
The Services depend on TikTok and other third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, policies or changes.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and we do not guarantee specific sales or advertising results.
8. Termination
We may suspend access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services and request data deletion at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here.
